Promotion Rules

1. These Bonus Terms form part of the Company’s Terms of Use and their acceptance is a prerequisite for account registration. Any capitalised terms used herein that are not defined shall take their meaning from the Terms of Use.

2. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: (i) person; (ii) household address; (iii) email address; (iv) phone number; (v) identical payment account number (debit card or credit card); (vi) IP address; (vii) computer; (viii) mobile device (phone or tablet); (ix) application download and/or shared computer (by way of example only: public library, internet cafe or workplace).

3. All the Company’s offers and bonuses are intended for recreational activities only. Accordingly, any activity that unfairly exploits or manipulates one or more bonuses or promotions offered by the Company (or its Suppliers) is strictly forbidden.

4. In the event that a Client or a group of Clients engage(s) in Prohibited Practice in respect of a promotion, the Company may, at its sole discretion: (i) limit the eligibility of that Client or that group of Clients to participate in the relevant promotion; (ii) amend the terms of any bonus or offer; (iii) cancel and forfeit that Client’s or that group of Clients’ offer, bonus eligibility, bonus amount and any associated bonus winnings at any time in respect of that promotion; (iv) charge an administration cost to the Client up to the value of the deposit bonus or additional payment to cover administrative costs incurred by the Company with respect to any breach of these Bonus Terms to a reasonable level. Where the Company has taken a decision that a Client is to lose an entitlement to any bonus or bonus winnings following any Prohibited Practice, the Company shall provide the Client with an explanation of the relevant Prohibited Practice in which the Client has been engaged.

5. Offers and bonuses are valid only to Clients who fulfil certain conditions.

6. These Bonus Terms were prepared in English. If there are any inconsistencies in any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

7. The Company may, from time to time, offer promotions and/or competitions which are governed by separate terms and conditions. Any promotions, bonuses or special gifts credited to the Client’s account must be used in adherence with those terms and conditions.

8. The Company may cancel, amend or supplement any promotion, competition, bonus or special offer by publishing the amended or supplemented terms or notice of cancellation on the relevant internet page of the promotion, competition or special offer.

1. The Loyalty Programme is a set of marketing activities aimed at increasing Client activity. It offers the accrual of gems and cashback.

2. Participation in the Loyalty Programme is available to Clients who have confirmed their participation by Acceptance via Account.

3. Acceptance means the Client’s acceptance of the terms of these Loyalty Programme Rules and willingness to become a Member of the Loyalty Programme. The Client’s actions that meet the conditions of participation in the Loyalty Programme are considered as the Acceptance. It includes reviewing the terms and conditions of the Programme in a special website section and clicking on the Participate button.

4. These Rules apply to all Loyalty Programme Members. Participation in the Loyalty Programme is the Loyalty Programme Member’s confirmation that they are familiar with and consent to all the provisions of these Loyalty Programme Rules and Bonus Terms.

5. In case of technical failures in activities, the Company reserves the right to recalculate the Member’s result, level and rank in the Loyalty Programme.

6. The Company reserves the right to refuse a Loyalty Programme member the chance to participate in the Loyalty Programme, receive gems, cashback without explanation.

7. In the event of a dispute, the final decision shall be made by the Company. The Company has the right to cancel all the results in the Loyalty Programme at any time or to announce the results of the Loyalty Programme ahead of schedule in accordance with the mechanics on the end date of the Loyalty Programme determined by the Company’s decision.

8. The Company has the right to change the Loyalty Programme Rules and/or terms at any time.

9. Loyalty Programme Rewarding Procedure

9.1 The Loyalty Programme is one and the same for all Loyalty Programme Members. Promotion through the Loyalty Programme depends on the number of experience points gained by the Member. Experience points can be earned by playing games, making deposits and completing special tasks.

9.2 The Member receives experience points for in-game activities in any of our products, gradually moving up the progress scale from rank to rank, from level to level.

9.3 Experience points are a value reflecting the number of completed gaming activities for our products. The accumulation of experience points affects the Member’s progress on the scale from rank to rank, from level to level. The experience points received by the Member are rounded down to a whole number.

9.4 Experience points for Casino and Live Casino products are calculated according to the formula: Turnover in the Member’s currency / EUR 1 in terms of the Member’s currency.

9.5 The Loyalty Programme has 20 levels with 3 ranks (bronze, silver, gold) at each level. The amount of experience points required to be promoted from rank to rank within the level and from one level to another depends on the rank/level. The higher the Member's level, the more experience points the Member needs to reach the next level.

9.6 The progress scale is a visual indicator of the current Member level in the Loyalty Programme. The progress scale shows the Member how close they are to moving to the next rank and level of the Programme.

9.7 Rank rollback means the time that is given to the Member to perform game actions and move to the next rank. The rollback time of the ranks varies depending on the Member’s level in the Loyalty Programme. When the rank rollback time expires, the Member moves to the previous rank, but cannot fall below the bronze rank at the level reached in the Loyalty Programme.

9.8 If the Member repeatedly reaches the same rank (within the same level), the reward in gems is not credited again.

9.9 Rewards. There are two rewards at each rank and level: (%) cashback and gems. Upon reaching a new rank/level, the Member receives a reward increase. When the rank rollback period expires, the Member receives a reduction in the reward in the Loyalty Programme.

9.10 Gems: In-game currency. Reward depends on the Client's rank/level: the higher the rank/level, the more gems are awarded. Gems cannot be awarded multiple times for reaching the same rank (within a single level).

2. Cashback is the refund of a defined percentage of lost funds. Cashback is settled every Monday at 03:00 UTC+3. To receive the cashback to your account, press the Receive Cashback button (available on the Loyalty Programme page) within 72 hours after the cashback settlement, otherwise the cashback will be cancelled. 

3. Wagering Time is the time a Client has to wager a bonus before it expires. The wagering time is 72 hours.

5. Payout rate is a multiplier that limits how much a bonus can be increased beyond its face value when transferring to a real balance. Payout is x10.

7. All bets and spins made during the period from 00:00 UTC+3 on Monday to 23:59 UTC+3 on Sunday are settled as a basis for this Promotion. Only bets and spins made with the real balance in Casino, Live Casino, Virtual sports and Live games (TV games) count towards this Promotion.

Cashback Promotion is available for all Clients who placed bets in the aforementioned Casino products in the amount exceeding BDT 1,000 / INR 1,000 / NPR 1,000 / PKR 1,000 / UZS 100,000 / KZT 5,000 / RUB 1,000 / USD 1,000 or the equivalent in the account’s currency during the Promotion period (from 00:00:00 UTC+3 on Monday to 23:59:59 UTC+3 on Sunday) in case bets/spins meet other conditions of the Promotion.

10. The Client will participate in the Promotion only if, during the Promotional period (week), the Client loses (the Client’s net wins are lower than the Client’s net bets during the week).

11. Cashback is credited to the Bonus balance and is to be wagered x5 with 72 hours for wagering; the maximum payout (funds to be credited to the real balance funds) is x10. Cashback is wagered only with the real balance funds.

12. A Client may at any time refuse to receive the bonus using the Refuse The Bonus feature in My Bonuses section.

13. If a Client has funds on both the real and the bonus balances, then all bets are placed first from the real balance funds. Real funds are used for bets until the real balance reaches 0. The bonus balance funds will be used for betting only if the real balance is empty. Please check the list of Games that are available for bonus balance betting in Terms & Conditions, Promotions and Bonuses section.

14. A Client is allowed to withdraw funds only from the real balance. When withdrawing funds, the bonus Balance is reset to zero. This happens when the withdrawal request is created. If for some reason the payment fails, funds can be returned to the real balance but the bonuses will not be restored.
